About This Event

Join GLOE for this annual event to celebrate Passover through an LGBTQ+ lens. Now in its eighteenth year, the National Rainbow Seder is one of the nation’s largest and longest-running Passover seders for the queer Jewish community and its allies. This year’s theme, "Liberation for All Who Journey: Remembering, Resisting, Rebuilding", invites us to retell the Passover story through a queer lens, honoring our ancestors’ path to freedom alongside the hard-fought progress of the LGBTQ+ equality movement. Our specially commissioned Haggadah weaves ritual, resistance, and joy into an evening where we can show up fully and celebrate liberation together. 5:30 PM – Doors open; 6:00 PM – Seder starts. Seder will be led by Rabbi Atara Cohen and Rabbi Avigayil Halpern, and will feature keynote speaker Reverend Diego Miguel Sanchez, Vice President, Policy and Government Affairs, PFLAG National. Registration tiers: $54 early bird (through March 15), $72 general admission (after March 15), $120 Mensch ticket (subsidy).
