About This Event

Mussar is a Jewish practice that helps one to work on incorporating ethical principles in everyday actions. In this course with Rabbi Jake Singer-Beilin of Congregation Bet Mishpachah, we will study Middot (character traits such as love, freedom, and pride). This class series is based in Jewish texts and Jewish practice, and the work is done through self-reflection, study, discussion, and goal setting. It provides a structure and opportunity to do the work of exploring and discovering your moral character.
