Alison Cohen, mindfulness teacher and Jewish educator, presents an in-person Introduction to Applied Mindfulness Workshop, February 8, 2026, from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM, focusing on accessible practices to reduce stress, cultivate present-moment awareness, and strengthen relationships, with relevant Jewish wisdom woven throughout. She will guide foundational meditation techniques and introduce practical ways to bring mindfulness into aspects of daily life, such as communication. We will be focusing on 3 main topics: Breath and body awareness practices; Working with thoughts and emotions; Bringing mindfulness into daily life, especially relationships.
