Sunday Schmooze: Meet the Den’s Rabbinic Finalists!

Join us for drinks and lite apps as we welcome our rabbinic finalists to the Den! This year, we have the incredible fortune of introducing four exceptional rabbinic finalists as we seek a new community rabbi to join our staff team. To give our community a chance to experience them in action, we are hosting all-day Sunday visits where each finalist will engage in a variety of settings, including: Teaching Torah learning + discussion, pastoral care sessions, holding a larger community gathering, creating sacred space, and more. We warmly invite you to join us and our rabbinic finalists on Sundays from 3–5 pm at a central DC location. Appetizers and first round drinks are on the Den! During this time, our rabbinic finalists will lead us in meaningful community connection and share words of Torah. Sign up for the Sundays below: • Sunday, February 22 • Sunday, March 1 • Sunday, March 8 • Sunday, March 15 Please Note: Because the rabbinic search process requires sensitivity to candidates’ privacy, we will share more specifics about each finalist closer to the dates—and with those who register to attend. Ideally, we hope community members can participate in all four Sundays to experience the candidates fully and compare across visits. We understand that may not be possible for everyone, so please sign up and we encourage you to try to commit to at least two of the four dates. These gatherings are a special opportunity to meet and engage with our finalists in meaningful ways while deepening our connections with each other. We can’t wait for you to meet them—and for them to meet this special community. No experience necessary. Everyone is welcome.
