Yom HaShoah Maariv & Film Screening

In observance of Yom HaShoah (Holocaust Remembrance Day), DC Minyan will host a Maariv service and screening of Shifting Paths (2025), a documentary by local filmmaker Charles Abelmann exploring one family’s resilience during the 1933 boycott of Jewish businesses in Frankfort, Germany. This special event will be held Monday, April 13 from 7:00–9:00 pm at Friends Meeting of Washington (2111 Decatur Pl NW) and is open to adults and middle- and high-school-aged students.
