Temple Rodef Shalom is a thriving Reform Jewish congregation located in Falls Church, Virginia, and the largest synagogue in the state. Their young adult initiative, Rodef 2100, serves Jewish professionals in their 20s and 30s with 2–3 monthly events including social outings, Shabbat services, discussion groups, and volunteer opportunities. Young adults are welcome to participate without being members, with discounted rates available for those who choose to join. Rodef 2100 offers a welcoming and participant-driven space for young professionals to connect, engage, and build Jewish community.
