Synagogues

These are some of the most popular synagogues that have strong programming for Jewish young professionals.

Conservative synagogue in Cleveland Park

Hosts Shabbat, classes, and other events aligning most closely to modern Orthodox.
Sixth & I is a non-denominational synagogue in Chinatown
Reform synagogue in Northern Virginia

Culture & Social

These organizations largely focus on bringing YJPs together for cultural and social events.

DCJCC's EntryPoint program has tons of events for YJPs and the broader JCC is a hub for Jewish culture

Moishe Houses

Moishe House is an organization that supports young Jewish adults in creating vibrant Jewish communities. They operate through a global network of houses where residents plan and host various activities such as Shabbat dinners, holiday celebrations, educational programs, and community service projects.  Through peer-led initiatives, Moishe House aims to engage and connect young Jews worldwide, fostering meaningful Jewish experiences and building lasting relationships. The programs hosted in houses are for individuals between the ages of 22 and 32.
