First Session of Embark D.C.

March 24 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

$180

Embark is all about exploring Jewish life in interfaith relationships – without the pressure to convert. Connect with other couples and an Embark rabbi as you learn, share, and grow together in a supportive space. Whether you’re curious about tradition or building your own, discover a Jewish life that’s uniquely yours.

Embark is for interfaith couples who are…
– Curious about Jewish traditions but not sure where to start.
– Looking for a no-pressure, welcoming way to learn together.
– Ready to create traditions that feel authentic to your relationship.
– Wanting to meet other couples on a similar path.

What to expect at Embark:
– A Rabbi Who Gets It: Your Embark rabbi is all about meeting you where you are – no pressure, no assumptions, just thoughtful conversation, a friendly ear and a great sounding board. Through group and personal one-on-two conversations, they’re here to help you explore Jewish life on your own terms.

– Big Questions, Open Conversations: Embark is all about diving into the big stuff—like how to celebrate holidays, navigate family traditions, and think about the future in a way that feels true to you. No judgment, just space to figure it out together.

– A Community, not just a Cohort: Get to know other couples who are in the same boat. The conversations and discussions are geared towards building a sense of trust and community within the group. You might even make some lifelong friends along the way.

-Traditions That Fit: Discover Jewish practices and rituals that speak to your life as a couple, and learn how to make them your own.

This cohort also includes a Shabbat celebration on April 28 and an in-city retreat May 2-4.
