Swiss chard and yellow fava dip, served with chips (vegan)
Stuffed grape leaves (vegan, GF)
Dinner
Pea, ricotta and mint torte (vegetarian, GF)
Beet, arugula, and goat cheese salad with walnuts and quick-pickled red onion (vegetarian, GF, *contains walnut)
Green fava and herb rice with cilantro, parsley, and leek (vegan, GF)
Balsamico roasted carrots with lemon gremolata (vegan)
Dessert
Biscoff cookie cheesecake (vegetarian)
The meal provided will be kosher-style pescatarian. With any dietary restrictions, please contact Molly by Monday, April 8. Vegan options are available by request. A vegetarian hechshered kosher meal must be requested no later than 9:00 am Friday, April 12.
