Ghosts, Demons, and Dybbuks: The Supernatural in Jewish Folklore

It’s that time of year when the days grow shorter and spooky stories seem to be everywhere. Join Rabbi Anna for an evening exploring the supernatural side of Jewish folklore, from dybbuks, demons, ghosts, wandering souls, and other mysterious beings. We’ll share stories, explore where they come from, and discuss what these tales reveal about Jewish beliefs, fears, and imagination. Light snacks will be provided. Specific location details will be shared with registrants.
