NAVIGATING THE NEW NORMAL OF ANTISEMITISM: A Day of Learning from Brandeis University

NoVaChai Foundation, in conjunction with Jewish Federation of Greater Washington, JCRC, Brandeis University, and American University, invites you to attend a special symposium with Dr. Rachel Fish of Brandeis University on Monday November 9 at American University. This free, full-day symposium is designed and intended for educators, principals, superintendents, school board members, student program & curriculum professionals, counselors & mentors from secular DC area high school and middle schools. Preference is given to teams of 3-5 people from the same educational entity (eg school, district, department). The symposium will bring together educational leaders, administrators, teachers and program staff from around the DMV to explore how antisemitism impacts high school & middle school experience for all students, and to learn to better address complicated situations as they occur. Dr. Fish's symposia are highly regarded for their thoroughness, applicability, and balance. This symposium will equip high school and middle school professionals with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to create inclusive learning environments and address incidents of antisemitism during the academic year.
