Women for a Sweeter World: An Evening of Hope Wednesday, September 30 @ 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm Join us for a meaningful evening of film, conversation, and connection exploring the power of women, collaboration, and hope across communities in Israel. The evening will feature a screening of the inspiring documentary “Women for a Sweeter World” (53 min), followed by a conversation with the film’s director, Roei Levi Ymamori, the film’s founder and inspiration, Yossi Aud, and three Jewish and Arab women leaders from the Women of Honey collective. The film tells the remarkable story of women from diverse communities in Israel — Jewish, Muslim, Christian, Druze, and Bedouin — who come together through biodynamic beekeeping. While learning the delicate art of caring for bees, they also build friendships, create economic opportunities, and develop meaningful connections across cultural and religious divides. Through the conversation following the film, participants will hear firsthand about the journey of creating connections, building bridges, and believing that change is possible even in challenging times.
